We collect the following personal data when you interact with our platform: full name, email address, phone number, postal address, official identification data (INE/IFE, passport), Unique Population Registry Code (CURP), Federal Taxpayer Registry (RFC), financial data necessary for the investment process, IP address, and browsing data.

Your personal data will be used for the following primary purposes: managing your registration and investor profile on the platform, processing and administering investment operations, complying with legal and regulatory obligations before the CNBV and other competent authorities, sending notifications related to your investments and project status, and handling information requests and support. As secondary purposes: sending promotional communications about new investment projects, conducting satisfaction surveys and service improvement, and preparing internal statistics and analysis to improve our platform.
3. Legal Basis
The processing of your data is carried out under the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP), published in the Official Gazette on July 5, 2010, and applicable provisions of the Law to Regulate Financial Technology Institutions (Fintech Law) of 2018 and its secondary regulations effective as of 2026.
4. Data Transfers
Klarismx may transfer your personal data to national or international third parties in the following cases: to Klarismx's controlling companies, subsidiaries, or affiliates, to competent authorities when legally required (SAT, CNBV, UIF), to service providers assisting us in platform operations under strict confidentiality agreements, and to financial institutions involved in transaction processing.
5. ARCO Rights
You have the right to Access, Rectify, Cancel, or Oppose (ARCO rights) the processing of your personal data. To exercise these rights, you may send your request to privacidad@klarismx.com, indicating: your full name, a clear description of the data for which you wish to exercise an ARCO right, documentation proving your identity, and any document or information that facilitates locating your data. We will respond to your request within a maximum of 20 business days in accordance with the LFPDPPP.
6. Security Measures
We implement administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your personal data against damage, loss, alteration, destruction, or unauthorized use, access, or processing, including: data encryption in transit and at rest using TLS 1.3 protocols, role-based access controls, continuous security monitoring and intrusion detection, periodic security audits conducted by independent third parties, and regular information backup in certified data centers in Mexico.
